• HOW TO ORDER
Please allow up to 12 working days turnaround, it is usually much quicker but it is just a small family business, worked around our day jobs and three kids so we don’t want anyone to be disappointed 

1. Choose the size of heart you would like from the drop down menu and add to cart. 
2. When you are ready to checkout, leave the colour of your choice in the ‘notes to seller’ box at check out.

The ends of the wire have been rounded for safety however the knitted name/word pieces are very delicate and must be handled with care. 

There is a possibility that the wire MAY become exposed. To fix this, very gently adjust the yarn to cover the wire. We recommend small nails or 3M hooks to hang your piece. DO NOT use Blu-Tak, Velcro, tape or anything sticky as it may damage your item.
