Shipping Policy

All non personalised items will be shipped second class within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays) Second class post aims to deliver within 3 working days of post date.
Personalised items may take up to 5 working days to ship.
Items over £30 will be sent signed for. All items will be sent via royal mail. The only exception is if a large order of frames has been placed and due to weight it will be sent with Yodel. Yodel will take a further 3 working days after post date to arrive

Refund Policy

Non personalised items can be returned at a cost to the buyer if the buyer has changed their mind. If item is damaged or their is something dissatisfactory a full refund will be given. Refunds must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full refunds will be given if an item is lost in the post after 14 working days.
