Returns Policy

ARKED is a group of Christian small business owners – when you purchase from ARKED you are purchasing from small business owners from throughout the UK.

We ask all our sellers to dispatch products within 1 – 3 working days. Personalised items may take longer. If you have purchased from multiple sellers you will receive your order in multiple parcels.

Items that cannot be cancelled or returned:

  • Items that have been personalised or made to order.
  • Commissions such as original artwork.
  • Products that have hygiene seals which have been broken e.g ear rings, face masks etc.
  • Perishable items such as food and flowers.


Once you have received your order you have 14 days to inform the seller you wish to return your order. You will then have another 14 days to return the item.

All returns must be returned “as sold.”

If your parcel arrives damaged please ensure you take photographs to allow the seller to claim compensation from the courier.

To request a return you must first get in touch by emailing the seller ( you will receive their email address in your order confirmation email) or email

Returning your order

  • You will have 14 days to return your order once the return request has been accepted. Please return the item in it’s original packaging. The customer is liable for return costs.

Once the item has been received by the seller, your return will issued within 14 days.
